Yoga

Poses, meditation, mindfulness, and breathing techniques.

 

Fun Movement

Dancing to fun upbeat music.

 

Nutrition

Five food groups lessons, stories, hands-on activities, as well as projects dealing with the special benefits of foods.

 

Gardening

Planting activities with projects related to the parts and benefits of plants.

 

Wellness

Meditation, character-building lessons, affirmations, scriptures, and positive group interactions.
