Incorporates running, jumping, balancing, and team activities. This is usually done to fun upbeat music.
Incorporates the five food groups, stories, hand-on activities, as well as projects dealing with the special benefits of foods.
Incorporates planting activities with projects related to the parts and benefits of plants.
Incorporates meditation, character building lessons, affirmations, scriptures, and positive group interactions.
Incorporates everything listed above in order to train teens to lead healthy lives and model healthy habits to others.
Private sessions for clubs or teams can include all or selected components.
